A committee of the Office of Veterans Services reviews all grant requests. The committee determines eligibility and needs and makes grants based on available funds. Veteran Service Officers at traditional organizations like the American Legion, the VFW, DAV (Disabled American Veterans) and others may pass along applications from veterans.
